We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us online, however if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase with a valid dispatch note.

Please contact us using the form below. We will be in touch with you within 24hrs on business days (Mon-Fri).

Please do specify your order number, and we'll send you returns instructions. 

 

Faulty Items 

We put our 100% effort in making sure our customers receive the best quality products from BULB LONDON. If you spot a fault, please immediately email us using the contact form below. 

The request date should meet the 30 days return or exchange policy. After the 30 days exchange period BULB LONDON will not be liable to perform any exchanges or returns.

We will offer you a replacement item or a full refund. Please note, if you opt for a full refund, you will be liable for the costs of return. 

 

Shipping costs

In the above circumstances you will be responsible for return shipment cost. However, if you are returning a faulty item within 30 days, BULB LONDON will reimburse the costs of the shipping method we ask you to use. 

Otherwise, Bulb London will not be liable to reimburse return costs.

 

Refund time

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 10 days of the receipt of your product.

Best glasses

We have two pairs of these. Absolutely love them. The cases are even as cool as the glasses. They are a very cool design and have been amazing this summer and last summer. They’ve lasted so well even with my two year old who constantly seems to break glasses but these have lasted so well.
