Faulty Items 

We put our 100% effort in making sure our customers receive the best quality products from BULB LONDON. If you spot a fault, please immediately email us using the contact form below. 

The request date should meet the 30 days return or exchange policy. After the 30 days exchange period BULB LONDON will not be liable to perform any exchanges or returns.

We will offer you a replacement item or a full refund. Please note, if you opt for a full refund, you will be liable for the costs of return. 

Shipping costs

In the above circumstances you will be responsible for return shipment cost. However, if you are returning a faulty item within 30 days, BULB LONDON will reimburse the costs of the shipping method we ask you to use. 

Otherwise, Bulb London will not be liable to reimburse return costs.

Refund time

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 10 days of the receipt of your product.
